Bloody hell fire. According to this, citing “leaked Famitsu figures”, Super Smash Bros. Brawl sold over 500,000 units on its first day on sale in Japan this week. The Wii fighter, which has been the subject of endless attention from the media recently, is down for a March 9 release in the US, with no confirmed date as yet for Europe.

Is it really down for March 9th in Europe? I thought it was currently ‘unscheduled’.

It’s March 9th in the US. There’s no date for Europe, yet. Rumours have it down for June…at the earliest. Eep.

No worries. You appear to be covering stories at an astounding rate of knots, so it’s hardly surprising to see one slight boo-boo.

I’ll try to keep it as clean as I can. As you say, there’s bound to be the odd snaffu. I’ll always hold my hands up, though.
