Massive FFXIII update: 27 scanned pages from Famitsu PS3
February 2nd, 2008 @ 20:30

This just properly induced butterflies. Hit this for some lovely art from Final Fantasy XIII, courtesy of FinalFantasy-XIII.net and user BlankChocobo.
“BlankChocobo has scanned in her copy of Famitsu PS3 which contains 27 pages on Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII,” said the site. “In case you’re confused, the previous Famitsu scans were from Famitsu Weekly and these ones are from Famitsu’s Playstation 3 specific magazine. There aren’t any new images but many are displayed without text over the top of them.”
It’s all in Japanese, obviously, but expect details from tanslations soon.
Fetch fetch fetch. Thanks, N4G.

It’s painful to look at it, knowing we’ll be lucky to see it before mid-to-late 2009 in Europe. I wouldn’t be shocked if Square-Enix were the ones to open the region coding floodgates either (after Midway came so close).

I don’t reckon Square was kidding when it shied people off a 2008 release ealrier this week. I think we’ll be lucky to even see a Japanese version this year.

The scan’s look ok but they mostly look like pre-renders for the CGI cut scenes.

Innit. TGS is going to be the main show for it, I reckon. Only another eight months to go
