As a product PhysX is a complete failure and PhysX has failed to gain any real traction among game developers while the leading competitor Havoc has been doing very well cross-platform. Bad time for a VC-funded start-up in this area, co-inciding with the downturn of PC gaming and a powerful cross-platform rival in ascendancy.</description>
