Guitar Hero IV this year
February 6th, 2008 @ 14:29
According to this, Guitar Hero IV will arrive before the end of the year, a fact sourced from a press release issued by band The Answers. One of the outfit’s tracks, It’s Never Too Late, is to feature in the game after being picked out at the Marché international de l’édition musicale (nope, we don’t know either, but EG reckons it’s a music industry trade fair). Activision chose 20 tracks from the fair to be included in the game.
“This is a tremendous honour and privilege for both The Answer and the Alberts label,” said James Cassidy, UK boss of music label Alberts. “With a new album due later this year we look forward to taking the band to a whole new level of international success.”
Acitivision declined to comment.

Marché International De l’Edition Musicale = MIDEM (http://www.midem.com), is taking place since the ‘70 in Cannes (France) and it’s the largest business music tradefair in the world.

Thanks for that. I honestly had no idea.
