GT5 Prologue and Movie Pack PS3 bundles for Europe
February 28th, 2008 @ 10:20

According to this, SCEE’s going to release a GT5 Prologue bundle for €399 on March 29. A second bundle, the Movie Pack, will contain Casino Royale, Spider-Man and 300 on Blu-ray and will cost, again, €399. This would appear to confirm the European release date of GT5 Prologue as March 29.
We’re waiting on confirmation from SCEE about this, but if someone’s cobbled those packs together in Photoshop, we’re Dutch.

makes more sense than an MGS4 bundle in Europe imo.

I’d be amazed if they don’t bundle MGS as well, tbh.

I’m not sure, maybe. Probably a White Knight Story bundle in Japan to complete the set.

There’s no way I’d buy a GT5 Prologue bundle. I wouldn’t hesitate to get an MGS one. Or a Disgaea one, obv.

So that’s basically Prologue for free with a 40gb PS3?
It’s like history repeating itself. I bought my PS2 when they were doing the GT3 pack-in, in a similarly red box.

I don’t really like racing games. So that’s me out.

buy it, trade it. Same with any deal you don’t like

I don’t like racing games either! I think I played GT3 maybe twice?

I love GT on PlayStation. It felt fast and exciting. On PS2 it just felt so slow and detached. I never got into it.
But yeah, a crafty trade might be a plan

Now, if they bundled an FF wheel with it…

if you want the Playstation GT feel, all you need to do is change your tires from easymode.

That’s a good point. But still, I really got that “life’s too short” feeling with GT3.

I’m really looking forward to GT5, mainly because of the online mode as I want to find out whether or not my driving skills are up to par with other players, like GT:HD wanted me to believe.
And the graphics.
Other then that I don’t know any reasons why I should buy a GT game again. The last two have been good fun for the first few events but quickly got tedious and far too easy.

I’m starting to warm to the idea of it again, but I know I’ll hate it. I just don’t have the patience.
