Here. We can’t embed it, unfortunately. Funcom’s MMO really is very pretty indeed. It’s also very bloody indeed, but you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs. World or Warcraft looks spectacularly childish compared to this, if we’re being honest. Age of Conan’s set for a global release on May 20.

You have to credit Blizzard with the smarts to know that their Fisher Price engine which has been there from the start, can carry on going until the end of mankind looking like that.
Maybe it’s just me but I’m not really that excited about Conan, I’m hoping Stargate Worlds is going to be this years killer ape as I’m just about done with fantasy settings.

I won’t play Conan. It looks great, and different from WoW, but the whole “traditional” MMO thing is something I don’t want to entertain on a personal level any more. Got too much to do.
