SCEE’s confirmed it’s going forward with a Getaway movie. The company is currently in talks with production companies and has a writer on board.
“We are certainly talking to production houses about a movie for the third game in the Getaway series,” said Getaway writer Katie Ellwood. “The story and game script for this one is very exciting, as is the writer we have on board. I’m afraid I can’t give any further information, other than to say: watch this space.”
The third game in the Getaway series was fist announced in 2006. Haven’t seen anything on it yet apart from a few pictures of a rendered London.
