According to this, a photographer is claiming that THQ used one of his images in Juiced 2 without permission.
Paul Ferradas said that the use of a shot of a model he took at Hot Import Nights, the car tuner expo that partnered with the game, was never discussed with either him or the model but made it into the title.
THQ has made no comment on the situation as yet.
