Shiny and Collective form Double Helix

Here. From the piece:
Foundation 9 has announced that its Southern California studio, merged from former developers The Collective and Shiny, will now be known as Double Helix.
The merger was announced in October of 2007, with Foundation 9 saying the new studio would “enable greater capacity to create large-scale games based on big licensed properties.”
Double Helix is now working on three large-scale, multi-platform licensed games, including the upcoming Konami horror, Silent Hill 5.
