The reason having games like GT5 and Warhawk limited to one account is obvious - if you have multiple gamers in the same household, each of them has to pay £24.99 to play the game using their respective PSN accounts.

Whereas in the same household, buying the game on disc means any one with any account can use the game.

Plus you can resell it afterwards after being bored to your teeth bleed by replaying the same races over and over again to get the next car you need.
