MGS4 Euro box art is legit, says German guy
April 6th, 2008 @ 11:24

A chap called Norman Gerlach, who works for PS3-Talk.de, has passed on an email from German press agency neu:kom which seems to confirm the legitimacy of the European MGS4 box art that popped up this week. The image was attached to the email.
Thanks for that, Norman. You can find the mail and a machine translation after the link.
As the note says, the Japanese and US box designs will be different. You can see what appears to be the American one on Amazon.com.

The Japanese box art is the best, European is very similar, but it doesn’t quite feel as good. US art is, as usual, terrible and has very little artistic merit.

I really like the European art. Pretty much excited about playing this now.

Don’t you just have to love these machine translations?
For even more fun, go ahead and shove it through the machine back and forth a few more times.
Anyway, just thought I’d share. And you’re right EU-Art is ace.
cheers,
Alex

Is it definitely correct, Alex?

Yeah, if Neu:Kom say it’s legit, then it definately is. They’re Konami Germany’s official press agency.
Just was joking about machine translations in general. Big fun, really.
cheers,
Alex
