I loved the first one. Enjoyed the second and got a bit bored with the third. There isn’t anywhere for them to go now. The duel bit was a brave attempt but I didn’t find it very good.

Rock Bands shameless solution is too expensive for my taste.

They need to do an MMORPG featuring the Guitar controller. Some hippie bullshit crap where you hitch hike around the world and have cumbayas on beaches in Thailand and jam sessions in cellars in Berlin.

That sort of thing.

It just smacks to me of fancy dress parties. I understand why people enjoy fancy dress, but I really, really don’t. And yes, the music in Guitar Hero is hardly what I choose to listen to.

I’m not a huge fan of the games either to be honest. I have a very particular music taste, and I hate 75% of the songs in Guitar Hero, plus I hate all that “rocking out” crap they have in the games.

I hate “fun”. It’s just too “wacky” for me. Seeing grown ups pretending to play plastic guitars trips a very big “wrong” switch in my brain
