As has been noted by financial analysts, whilst T2 are hot right now they've consistently lost money for three Xmases in a row. No game company has ever performed as badly as that. Looks also at the SEC filings against the activities of the T2 board and the VERY dodgy looking relationship between T2 (President: Straus Zelnick) and Zelnick Media and the MILLIONS of dollars Zelnick Media plan on getting from shares if only that can keep EA at bay - it's a very unethical and morally questionable state of affairs. The sort of revenue GTA4 may do could be massive. But I can't imagine it being put into more irresponsible hands than that of Take 2's board. An EA acquisition of them - at the generous price EA have offered already - would be a blessing. EA are white knights compared to the dealings of Take 2.
