Companies are answerable to their shareholders. In fact, shareholders ARE the company. The behaviour of Zelnick throughout events seems petulant, greedy and entirely self-serving - particularly in respect of the huge inflation of bonus that ZelnickMedia stands to gain if they can keep EA out of things.

Zelnick's responses and attitude suggest he is looking after his own interests at the expense of the company's.</description>
