Spanish Vivendi event embargoed until May 28
April 22nd, 2008 @ 15:17

We just got word from the big Sierra event kicking off in Mallorca right now that all coverage is embargoed until May 28.
The news has slowed down today just a little bit more. We reckon we could jump in the air and we’d probably just hang there. Stuck.

You could always run that ‘Nintendo has shut down Retro Studios’ rumour.

I was hoping for a news cavalcade from Spain, there. So sorely denied.
So yeah, I might.

There’s something strange…
So Sierra’s doing Ghostbusters? This is one movie IP that actually has a chance of being good, the movie came out what 23/24 years ago? It’s not like they need to rush it.
It could easily become repetitive, who’s writing the story? I think Dan Akroyd wrote the original.
I might be a ghostbusters fanboy….

I’ll ask for you Daniel.

Pft - you don’t need to ask! I know!
Dan Akroyd and Harold Ramis are writing the story, and all four original Ghostbusters are signed up to do voicework and such, along with some of the supporting cast. It’s to be a sequel to Ghostbusters 2.
So there.

I wonder if they mentioned Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena during the event. I want to know…Something about that game!
