We’re actually not going to watch this one. Apparently this is the first full 20 minutes of Grand Theft Auto IV from the 360 version. It’s after the link if you feel the need.
Update: It’s been pulled. That has to be a record.

I think even I might draw the line at watching the first 20 minutes. Little snippets of random gameplay - fine. Spoilerising the first chunk of the game, though… you’re going to have serious deja vu when you come to play it yourself.
