Microsoft just put out a press release reiterating that GTA IV’s 360 DLC will be with us this “autumn” and that the “episodes that will provide hours of additional game play.”
You’d hope so, really. The billion dollar question, obviously, is how many hours: three or 30?

Can you imagine if it tanks? I swear, most people simply don’t know about it. I have no idea why the DLC wasn’t part of the TV ads.

Yeah, mentioning it now seems a bit late in the day. Regardless, I’m sure it’ll do blisteringly well with the more clued up gamers. But as a unique selling point they’ve totally missed the boat.

It’s actually “combined” hours.
The DLC consists or a funky bearskin hat. You see Niko put it on his head, it doesn’t fit, so he takes it off.
All in all this provides 2 seconds of gameplay… but if 1,000,000 people download it…
well that’s 555 hours of gameplay!! WOW!!
Yes that’s right, I have previously written feature lists for shitty games so I know how to spin a turd so much it gets in every corner of the room

They already said it would be at least 10 hours worth of gameplay… for what it’s worth. (MS PR guy speaking to OXM)

The DLC will clearly be substantial. Microsoft have obviously paid a whole load of money for it, so it’s going to be something worthwhile. I think they could surprise us with how good it is.
