I actually like the idea of more one on one fighting. God of War and Devil May Cry have got the multiple enemy kills market sewn up anyway, I'd like to see PoP develop a more unique combat system.

Either way, the combat should definitely take a back seat to the platforming for this series. Personally, I'm surprised Ubisoft have decided to make this a PS3/360 series. I thought with all the motion controls, this series would have been a great fit for the Wii.

But I don't want the best bits of fighting. Nobody played PoP for the fighting. I just want to mash buttons like a fucker and disembowel things that are getting in my way of exploring and platforming.

I reckon it could be great! Sounds like all the best bits of character-driven action/adventure/fighting. Assuming it isn't shit, it might be brilliant.

*awards self blindingly obvious medal for the day*
