PSP outsells DS 2:1 in Japan in April

According to Enterbrain figures published by Reuters, PSP had a huge month in Japan in April thanks to Monster Hunter popularity, outselling DS by 2:1.
Numbers in full:
- PSP: 380,867
-
DS: 169,911
- Wii: 187,121
- PS3: 37,676
Xbox 360 and PS2 figures weren’t given in the report.

Doesn’t seem to be dropping off at all, tbh. It’s been consistently high since the redesigned hardware came out, which is quite a while now. Maybe there’s hope for the PS3 in Japan yet!

Monster Hunter sales are starting to drop back a bit now. It’s only a matter of time.
