SCEE PlayStation Day: It’s so on, seats taken at 3.30pm BST

May 6th, 2008 @ 14:23

psday.jpg

We’ve just registered at the O2 for the SCEE PlayStation Day, and we’re practically crapping ourselves with excitement.

We’ve been told that press will be allowed to take seats at 3.30pm and that Paul Oakenfold’s DJ’ing later. We won’t be listening to Paul’s “rinsin’” turnes: we’ll be updated as much as possible. Kick off for the press conference is at 4pm BST, remember, and all seems well with the connection so we’ll be live blogging for the win.

All being well we’ll have text, audio and video updates for you as we go into the evening, so don’t go changing. All the news will be right here. All of it. If it isn’t you can be rest assured we died trying.

  1. I have to go at half four, but I might steal my neighbours’ wifi and tune in later to see what’s what.

See what you made me do? I’m contemplating becoming a common criminal. Because of you. :-)

  2. haha :D

There are going to be many hundreds of people here. The registration “ladies” had mounds of passes.

  3. look at you with your alienware laptop :P

bet you were meant to give that out a prize!

  4. Cheeky! It was part of a “deal” ;)

  5. Was the ‘deal’ something along the lines of ’show a picture of this laptop on your site at every available opportunity and we’ll give you free jaffa cakes for life’? :-)

  6. If there are any empty seats, can you please kill Sony’s PR people for me? Thanks.

  7. Blerk: Something like that :)

  8. Hero: :(

  9. Tell me about it. Gutted I’m not there. But apparently “it’s a Europe-wide event and there’s no room”.

  10. Are you in a position to pelt Tom with peanuts?

  11. “The registration “ladies” had mounds”

    Ban this.
