EA’s Moore on Home: “Let’s go already”
May 8th, 2008 @ 07:55
Speaking to Eurogamer, EA’s Peter Moore said that he’s “disappointed” with the face Sony’s chosen to push Home into the back half of this year.
“Yeah; I just wish it would ship,” he said.
“I [previously] questioned it a little bit, whether I’d want to wander around there. Phil Harrison showed me a demo - it’s very cool, but let’s go already. And so I’m disappointed that it’s been pushed back a little bit again.
“But I really hope it gets going and becomes that portal to the PlayStation Network and we can utilise it. But boy, I just wish we’d get going.”

You can take the man out of Microsoft, but you can’t take Microsoft out of the man.

He’s right though.

Of course he is! They should’ve launched a basic service six months ago and added all the bells and whistles incrementally over the next couple of years. The buffoons.

Right, and EA has done what to innovate exactly? His company is the very textbook definition of stifling creativity and feeding the machine.
Before I agree with anything this MS reject has to say, let’s see him put money where his mouth this and innovate, say, I don’t know, MADDEN maybe?
Till then he’s just as credible as I would be giving a woman advice on tampons!
