Bloody hell. We’re excited again. That’s at least four times today. Click through for 39 brand new, hi-res shots of what has to be the most beautiful action game ever created ever in the world ever. We’re not kidding. Ninja Gaiden II’s out on June 6.

    Far too hardcore for me. I don’t have the patience any more games this tough.

    I finished Episode 2 last night and the final battle with the striders had me cussing like a redneck.

    I’m close to bedwetting in anticipation of this. Ninja Gaiden was nails, but not in a lazy, cheap way which gives you no chance of survival. If you died it was always your own fault, going for that extra hit when you should have jammed the L block button sooner. It was the kind of game which made you feel like a much better gamer for finishing it, one of those rare gems that consistently presented you with situations and bosses where at first the odds seemed so incredibly stacked against you that you couldn’t possibly win. Only after a bit of persistence and practice could you expose the weaknesses and exploit them in devastating fashion.

    One of my top five games ever for sure, I recently downloaded it on XBL and played through the whole thing again. Love it
