Sorry to tell you that, i was looking forward to it aswell then i heard that konami scrapped it for some reason. I really wanted it. I'm living in Europe aswell (Ireland) and the whole play .com thing is annoying that it is being called a european limited edition, the you go to the site and it tells you ONLY UK ADRESSES. Hopefully other stores IN EUROPE will announce it soon ;) I’m afraid that art book has been scrapped.
