Vivendi Q1 revenue down 24%
May 15th, 2008 @ 07:10

Vivendi released first quarter financials last night, showing a drop in first quarter revenue of 24 percent year on year, down to €221 million.
Nearly 87 percent of that figure - €192 million - came from Blizzard.
The drop, the company said, was rather a spike in the corresponding previous quarter thank to the release of the Burning Crusade last year. No major expansion has shipped for WoW in the same period this year.
The next large update to the MMO, Wrath of the Lich King, is scheduled to be released in the second half of 2008.
