Siren: Blood Curse to get full Blu-ray release in Japan
May 19th, 2008 @ 20:35

According to this Siliconera report, SCEJ horror Siren: Blood Curse will be released on Blu-ray in Japan, as opposed to being put out in 12 different episodes via PSN, as it will be in the US and Europe.
As you can imagine, this isn’t the best news for horror-loving gamers outside Japan. The pricing hasn’t been set for the episodes yet, but there’s a rather strong possibility it’ll be more than the £29.43 (5,980 yen) it’s going to cost in the Far East. In one go. On a disc. Call is a wild hunch.

Apparently the full release in Japan is because Japanese gamers aren’t as accustomed to downloading stuff as us Westerners. Or so Toyama-san claims.

Full Blu-Ray release over here as well, you muppets. Or I’m not buying it.
(not that I’m buying it anyway because I don’t have a PS3, but you’ve got to stay strong for your Sony-owning Survival Horror brothers)
