Rock Band goes on sale in Europe (maybe)
May 20th, 2008 @ 13:01

The Major’s updated to remind Europeans that Rock Band’s gone on sale in Europe today, and a quick look at Play confirms that he isn’t lying.
Which is odd, because EA has given the European version a May 23 release date. Which is Friday.
He’s also posted a 20-page PDF up there of every track available for the game, which is apparently now available in Europe as well, although there seems to be a bit of confusion about what you can and can’t buy at the moment.
Got a spare £140 and want to hit a bit of plastic in front of your TV? Don’t hold back.

Strange. My play.com pre-order has the instruments as ‘Processing’ and the charge is showing up on my account as a £99.99 gap between my cleared funds and current account levels. The game is just set to ‘order placed’.

Nope, it really is Friday here. Maybe he confused the U.S. with us - all their new releases are out on a Tuesday.

A few crossed wires there, I think. Dunno why Play’s listing it as on-sale and Nelson’s saying it’s out if it isn’t.
