According to this Gamespot piece, Activision’s going to release Guitar Hero: Metallica for the first quarter of 2009.
The nugget comes from Wedbush Morgan’s Ed Woo, who dug it out of an SEC filing over the weekend. Way to go, Ed.
“In fiscal 2009, we plan to publish Guitar Hero: On Tour for the NDS; Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Guitar Hero: Metallica, and Guitar Hero IV across multiple platforms,” the company said in its report.
