Whedon’s Firefly is inspiration for Mirror’s Edge

That’s about it really. EA DICE’s action game Mirror’s Edge is heavily inspired by Joss Whedon’s TV series, Firefly, writes Gamasutra.
“To be very honest, I’m a big Joss Whedon fan, and a lot of the things in the story of the game came from Firefly and [the feature film adaptation] Serenity,” explained senior producer Owen O’Brien.
Any Firefly fans out there? We’re not.
Mirror’s Edge is out on 360, PS3 and PC, sometime in a dystopian future near you.
