ESA spends $714,000 on lobbying in Q1

According to this AP report, the ESA spent $714,000 lobbying the Federal Government in the first quarter of this year.
Besides Congress, the group lobbied the Patent and Trademark Office, US Copyright Office, Commerce Department, US Trade Representative, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission and other agencies in the first three months of 2008.
