TriSynergy “shocked” over Oblivion similarities

According to this Blue’s News story regarding some striking similarities between point and click adventure Limbo of the Lost and Bethesda’s Oblivion, TriSynergy - publisher of the former - had no idea about any of this and is expecting to release a statement on the matter shortly.
“TriSynergy says they are just as shocked as everyone else at the screenshots showing elements from other games in Limbo of the Lost, saying they had absolutely no knowledge of this situation until it was uncovered by the gaming press,” said the piece.

I still have the dim hope that it’s a fake.
If it is not, a new class of fail has to be invented just to tell our descendants about the incident.

If genuine, this is absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen that before. Awesome balls on those guys at Majestic.

I, also, have never seen anything like it. It does seem pretty incredible.
