June 19th, 2008 @ 06:26
Prinnies, dood. The DS version of Nippon Ichi’s SRPG Disgaea can be seen in motion on GamersHell, adding stylus play, a grid map on the top screen and multiplayer to the PSP outing, Afternoon of Darkness.
Take a look.

Multiplayer to the PSP outing? Can you play against PSP owners? I don’t get it.

There was no multiplayer in the PSP version, but there is in the DS version. It’s the same as the PSP game but with extra bits.

I might buy this for my son. Five should be old enough, I’m sure.

There was multiplayer in the PSP version. Okay, it was only adhoc, but it was a good laugh.
If the DS version is just going to be Afternoon Of Darkness but with added game&watchlol gimmicks then I think I’ll be giving this one a miss. The US version of Disgaea 3 is just around the corner. I’d sooner wait for that badboy (fingers crossed they add remote play!).
