PS3 sales crash back down in Japan

That really was quick. Hardware sales figures from Japan show PS3’s MGS4 boost was very short-lived. Last week’s figures here. Data for the week ending June 22.
- PSP - 59,351
- Wii - 41,037
- Nintendo DS - 36,599
- PlayStation 3 - 20,336
- PlayStation 2 - 6,346
- Xbox 360 - 2,555

I thought it was exactly 100,000, actually. But I can’t remember for sure.

The 100k figure was all the bundles together… there were far, far less gunmetal PS3s.

20,000 is still good by PS3’s standards.
