Bigger HD please.

Wouldn’t that kinda be a slap in the face for 40gb owners? Or are we assuming they’ve worked out some sort of per title BC?
June 30th, 2008 at 5:22 pm
If they’ve got per-title BC then I wonder if there is some sort of improved upscaling shenanigans going on? I recall a few screens of an alleged FFXII grab using PS3 upscaling that looked way better than the default currently available.

CastellanSpandrell: Could have been done using a PS2 emulator. Some of those have fantastic upscaling tricks.

And it looks like SSX, Smuggler’s Run, Red Faction and possibly the Bouncer on that screen too.

Yep, you’re right.

“Could have been done using a PS2 emulator. ”
Yeah true but the guy who posted it seemed to have some sort of inside knowledge of other things and he insisted it was from a PS3.

This would be great. I’d love them to reveal that they’ve cracked software BC at E3

CastellanSpandrell: Beware the internet. Full of scum and villains.

Robo_1: Now that would be very cool.

Is it me, or is more stuff being leaked this year, than usual? There also seems to be more bullshit going around, like the 360 avatar thingy.
Anyway, from that picture there is -
Fantavision
MGS2
Red Faction
Ridge Racer V
Smuggler’s Run
SSX
And I can’t make out the last one.

It’s the Bouncer.

I’m suspicious, to say the least. If you were going to announce a PS2-emulation blow out, why do it with one big title and a handful of “gobshite to meh” games?
