According to this IGN report, Atlus will be distributed NIS’s portfolio in the US this year.
Launching August 26 will be Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice for PS3, followed by a simulataneous launch of Disgaea DS and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure for DS on September 23.

No great surprises there. If only Atlus actually had a European arm then all would be well with the world.
