Street Fighter IV to feature data cards, personal cell phone site, guilds

Right. There’s something on Famitsu about the Street Fighter IV arcades saving your progress on data cards and you being able to access your stats via your mobile, but if we’re being honest, we don’t really understand it.
Luckily, Kotaku has made semi-sense of it for you.

Fairly common in Japanese arcades with fighters I believe. Stick your custom character on the card and it loads it onto whatever machine you’re playing on. The mobile stuff might be new, I don’t know.
