I am rather surprised how much trophies add to the (re-)playability and enjoyment of PS3 games. Comparing progress to your friends is nice and gives you a sense of continual accomplishment over and beyond just completing a game. All PS3 games from now will have it, I guess. Actually, that's interesting. Microsoft makes developers put Achievements in 360 games. They have to have them.
