Looks SO much better than the current dashboard. A lot more PS3esque. Looks like the ‘floor’ in all these images is actually a super zoomed in section of the 360 ball thing. No doubt there’ll be a snazzy transistion from startup to dashboard.
The complete Mii ripoffs are a little bit suspect though.

Heh heh - they look just as crap as Miis.

Oh great, they’ve stolen both Home and Mii’s from their respective owners. How original of microsoft.

Gamoc: Where were Home and Mii’s stolen from? There’s fuck all originality left in the industry.
Other than the Wiimote of course… but expect that to be ripped off real soon too. o/

Yeah, they’ve nicked it alright. Still everyone steals. Sony stole rumble, right? Nintendo stole my money. etc. etc.

@Psychotext, the WiiMote IS a ripoff of three things: GameTrak’s PC controller, Sega’s prototype Dreamcast wand, and that fat, pony-tailed American guy in shorts’ motion controllers from about 1999 (as seen on YouTube, with him playing WiiSports Boxing years before the Wii was even thought of).
Nintendo can steal too.

There we go then. My original point stands… there’s no originality left.

Nintendo doesn’t steal. Everything they’ve ever done ever is totally original and innovative, they invented videogames and everything associated with videogames and anyone who says otherwise is an Xbox/PS3 fanboy that does nothing but troll Wii discussions for fun. Please don’t ever say anything negative about Nintendo ever again. They are perfect in every way.
