According to this IGN piece, RTS hottie Dawn of War II is to use Games for Windows Live.

GfWL has so far refused to properly sign in my existing Gold account on any game, on both of my PCs.
It’s a horrible, broken, pointless implementation, and the less devs who use it the better.
