According to this Shacknews post, Blizzard’s confirmed that goodie bag serial codes from BlizzCon and the Parisian Worldwide Invitational will afford definite access to the upcoming WoW Wrath of the Lich King beta.

There’s still no final date of the start of the beta, but “very soon” is a safe bet.
