TF2 to get “new type of environment”
August 4th, 2008 @ 12:39

In this post on the Team Fortress 2 blog, Valve’s Jakob Jungels has confirmed that the team’s working on new level setting as part of the game’s next update.
“One of the things we’re looking at for the next update is the creation of a new type of environment for our levels to be built in,” he said.
“We’re pretty happy with the way our environments have turned out so far, but as we create more and more maps with these achievement packs, we want our level designers to have more to work with in terms of giving their settings a unique look.”
Full thing through the link. No detail on what the new environment will be or when the next update will release.

I know it’s posted in the relevant category but is any of this actually reaching the 360?
