After Sony’s announcement that instruments for Rock Band, Guitar Hero and Rock Revolution are to be compatible on PS3 this year, Microsoft’s come out and said the same will be true of the 360 versions.

Lol! Well they’ve gotta do it really, don’t they…
Bet ActiBlizz/Harmonix/Konami are less than keen though - hopefully it’ll mean an end to all this stupid “buy a new peripheral every time you buy the latest Rock Band / GH / RockWorld” game though.
