Speaking to VG247 at Games Convention, Blizzard co-founder Frank Pearce said that the new version of Battle.Net, currently in development of the firm, will be part and parcel of the StarCraft II experience.

“The next version of Battle-Net is going to launch with StarCraft II, so they’re intertwined,” Pearce told us when asked if the game would take full advantage of the new online play system.
