Fiddy II cancelled? Apparently not
September 19th, 2008 @ 18:47

Kotaku’s posted a story saying 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand has been canned. GI’s posted a story saying it hasn’t.
From Kotaku:
Yeah, it’s dead. Caught in the unflinching cogs of big video game business, mergers, and close downs, we hear. Victim of a flooded genre and a potential publisher with one too many shooters on its hands.
From GI:
While new owner Activision Blizzard is currently considering divesting a number of studios it picked up when it merged with Vivendi Games, the videogame is close to completion and on track for release before Christmas.
It’s the cut and thrust world of gaming news on the internet, ladies and gentlemen. Read more through the links.

Why is GI suddenly correct and not Kotaku? No-one knows if it’s coming out or not, atm.

I like to think Kotaku are correct I don’t want this game on the market.

It’ll find its market. I’m sure. The one that finds Saints Row too sophisticated and ironic.
The trailer for it looked like a blast, though.
