Namco releases new Tales of Symphonia video
October 8th, 2008 @ 06:55

Namco’s put out a new trailer of Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, presumably being the footage shown in its pre-TGS press conference yesterday.
The Wii RPG’s out in Japan next month, and there’s still no date for western release. Watch the new footage in the meantime.
Update: It’s out in the US next month, apparently. Thanks, SplatteredHouse.

According to Kotaku, which you linked to for another story, this is out in the US next month. PAL: TBD *struggles to resist the urge to throw something*

It does actually look really good. Bit of a no-brainer for the Wii “core”.

Updated the story. Ta.

Yep. I’ll probably get that. If they ever get around to releasing it in Europe.

Blerk, I can’t believe you’ve bought a Wii, now the 360 is so cheap with all these JRPGs available for it. What happened? Did the missus put her foot down?

I actually prefer the look of the GC version.

The Wii’s currently on top of the wardrobe, still in its packaging. It’s my son’s Christmas present.
I still have to purchase my Christmas present.

Ah I seee!

Did your son ask specifically for a Wii?

Yes.
Edit: It’s what all his friends have.

Interesting. Keep him away from No More Heroes. It has a very destructive view on life.
