As you can see from this OFLC classification, it appears that THQ will be publishing 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.
The game was feared lost in the merger between Acitvision and Blizzard, so this is good news.
Hopefully THQ will confirm this next week.

The game was hoped lost in the merger between Activision and Blizzard, so this is bad news.
