Dude just say: "Our analysis showed that the game will be much bigger success on console market, and so It's our pleasure to published it first on consoles because of our dedicated fans, i.e. this is our way to say thanks for all those years of support". And that's it. It' subtle, you said all the reasons why, you stayed great with fans and others in touch with reality, and for once you didn't blame it on anyone...
