NYPD union chief says Saints Row 2 encourages depravity
October 15th, 2008 @ 21:04
Speaking with newspaper the Daily News of New York, NYPD union boss Patrick Lynch has said that Saints Row 2 encourages depravity and a whole host of other unsightly adjectives amongst the yoof of today, Ripten reports.
“Horrible and violent video games desensitize young people to violence while encouraging depravity, immorality while glorifying criminal behavior,” said Lynch.
So if being a desensitised, violent zombie sounds like fun then you can get in training as early as Friday, when THQs excellent-looking sandbox title goes on sale.

If wanting to drive around in a monster truck whilst wearing a hot-dog suit is depravity, then I’m depraved. I blame PC Zone for this particular desire, though.
